Please contact the Front Desk by text at 207-218-0056 on the day of your arrival to see if your room is ready before these times. If available, we would be pleased to provide you with an earlier check-in time.

CHECKOUT

Daily: 10:30AM

In order to honor our check-in time, we must also honor our checkout time.

To inquire about a late checkout, please contact the Front Desk on the morning of your departure.

To inquire about staying additional nights, please contact either the Front Desk by dialing '0' from your room phone; or Reservations by calling 800.543.2754.

EMERGENCY EXITS

In the event of a fire or other emergency, please go to the nearest stairwell exit as shown on the back of your suite door. Do not attempt to use the elevators unless instructed to do so by rescue personnel.

POOL

Pool hours are from 8AM to 10PM Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and no diving is allowed. An adult must supervise children in the pool area.

For Guest safety, absolutely no glass bottles, containers or porcelain plates are allowed on the pool deck. Safety equipment and preservers should never be used for playing or fun.

POOL TOWELS

Pool towels are available at the pool. Please do not use the towels provided in your suite.

Ice machines are located on the 2nd floor North Wing & Ground Floor South Wing.

Shuttle Services

The shuttle service is closed for the summer.

Bell Stand

If you require assistance with your luggage, valet service or any other special requests, the bell staff is at your service. Dial '0'

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The other 50% is automatically charged to the credit card on file 14 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel your reservation 14 days prior to arrival, there is a $100 cancelation fee, and the remainder will be refunded. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival you forfeit 50% of the reservation total.

Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are not eligible for refunds.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any Sunday River lodging locations. A $250 fine will be charged if there is evidence of smoking in the room.

Damages

Any room damages will be inspected upon check-out and charged to the bill accordingly.
